Project Lead Test, Validation & Integration

As Project Lead Test, Validation & Integration in the product development team, you ensure coordination between developers, project management and integration & test engineers. Your core responsibilities:

• Build relationships with the development team to understand development timelines.
• Collaborate with integration & test engineers and development teams to create an effective and thorough project test plan.
• Coordinate and maintain releases of the project system
• Ensure that appropriate test resources are allocated to the project.
• Report to the project team on all testing.
• Act as lead responsible for all testing within the project team
• Support Integration & Testing Engineers assigned to your project.
• You will be involved from the beginning to the end of the process - from requirements refinement through solution design and implementation to testing and documentation.
• You will work internationally with colleagues from mechatronics, safety, production, testing and customer service.

• Master or Bachelor's degree in engineering: electromechanics, mechatronics, electronics, ...
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in testing, automation, design
• Strong social and organisational skills
• Broad multidisciplinary background, interest and eagerness to learn is a must
• Master of planning, project management, documentation and reporting
• Project Lead or Project Management experience is a plus.
• Experience working with complex multidisciplinary systems is a plus
