Electrical Design Engineer

Are you ready to be part of a team driving the future of green technology? We have an exciting project for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering department. In this exciting position, you will work with a passionate team of electrical engineers and designers and support the development of our current and future product range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform feasibility studies related to the electrical aspects of future product designs.
• Facilitate meetings to discuss and refine electrical designs.
• Train and supervise electrical designers.
• Lead and manage planning of electrical design tasks and follow up.
• Validate designs from internal and external designers and develop action plans for improvements.
• Identify and implement initiatives aimed at improving the quality of our products and procedures.
• Collaborate with senior designers to discuss industry standards, legislation and quality assurance.
• Support the implementation and integration of new electrical software, such as E-plan.
• Create electrical schematics and diagrams according to guidelines and internal standards.
• Perform calculations to meet technical safety requirements, including low voltage directives, CE standards....
• Collaborate with suppliers, test engineers and mechanics to ensure the successful development of products.
• Contribute to electrical test programs and evaluate test results.

• You have a Master's degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• You have experience in electrical design, preferably in industrial machinery sector.
• You possess strong problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• You are familiar with electrical software such as E-plan is a plus.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes, safety processes, procedures and systems
• Language skills: English
