For our technology brokerage and venture accelerator programs we are looking for a bid manager to join our dynamic team and support our continuous growth.

Job Description

  • The Bid Manager is responsible for the development and coordination of complex multi-service budget proposal packages for our clients (EC, ESA, NATO, BELDEF, …) in response to Request for Proposals and Change in Scope Requests.
  • You will work with our teams to collect and process all necessary input for the development of budget proposals while respecting deadlines and managing multiple simultaneous projects. Alongside the development of study budget quotations and interactions with third party vendors, you will be in charge of developing commercial support documentation to further strengthen our proposals as part of our overall bid.
  • At the crossroads of our operational and commercial teams you combine technical insight with a client-oriented approach, you are solution-minded, detail-driven and you ensure creative and qualitative solutions.
  • You will interact with a range of internal and external partners and collaborate with a team of professionals dedicated to setting up budgets and other elements of proposal development.


What do you need to be successful?
  • University degree with at least 4 years of experience in proposal development and bid management for EU EC ESA … customers
  • Experience in developing and / or managing comprehensive proposals, preferably in technology, innovation, space …
  • Extensive and natural experience in and knowledge of
    • Bid management, preparation, strategy, writing
    • Strategy
    • Budgeting
    • Contract negotiation
    • Public procurement
    • Tender process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
  • Last but not least, you can recognize yourself in the following characteristics:

    • Excellent time management skills
