Ambitious Project Lead (new machines)

Your tasks are twofold

• First, as project leader you take responsibility to successfully complete the ongoing project on the next generation of machines
• Then you start and follow up 2 parallel product development pilot projects
• Here you take on the role of Project Manager, but you are also responsible for achieving the technical scope.
• You monitor the project results and report to management and the engineering team leader
• You monitor the technical consistency
• You coach your team members of the international project team and encourage feedback
• You strive for the most optimal and cost-conscious product design for all stakeholders
• You represent the project team to external parties
• You ensure product and process quality, working according to predefined procedures

• A Master in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Leader/Project Manager in a product development environment
• Technical knowledge, interest and experience with gear or thermodynamic machinery
• Analytical ability
• Decisiveness within set contexts
• Cost efficient working mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to motivate people
• Fluency in English
