Passionate about digital marketing, Gisele focuses her expertise on making the Verhaert group more visible online using Google platforms for SEO and advertising. In addition, she manages the marketing activities of the Beacon, Verhaert Consulting and Verhaert Digital sub-brands.

What’s it like to work as a Digital Marketer at Verhaert?

Working for the Verhaert marketing team is very dynamic because we’re active in different markets, such as FMCG, Life Sciences and space, and in different services, like design, mechanics, AI and software. There’s always something exciting happening! Within the Verhaert group we support the marketing activities of the different sub brands. From hosting events to email marketing, from SEO improvements to advertisements in Google and social media, and so much more, there’s never a dull moment. On top of that, there’s a nice working environment. I work in a team of 5 (still growing ) highly-skilled marketers who I can always count on.

What’s the most important thing you’ve learned working at this company?

"Besides the insightful expertise in innovation and technology used in projects, I’ve also learned how to think strategically. When we develop a new strategy, it’s often that will be used, or reused for the whole Verhaert group. That’s why it’s important to imagine all stakeholders and perspectives to get the whole picture."

Which achievement are you most proud?

"The achievement that I’m proud of is having implemented and standardized our digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and SEMrush. This is the base to build effective and accurate marketing campaigns. In addition, I managed the transition to our new Verhaert On-site Consulting brand, including updating online presence and marketing platforms, rebranding of the elva and Moebius brands, and creating brand awareness. But I also feel proud of small recurring achievements, such as creating a LinkedIn post that drives a lot of users engagement and traffic to our sites."
